2. AI Usage

AI responses are generated by third-party models. We are not responsible for AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled per Paddle's policy.

4. Third-Party Authentication

When you sign in with Google, you agree to share your name and email with us for account creation and authentication, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google's services remains subject to Google's own terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

deFalcone is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
