Your Right to Delete

You can request the deletion of your deFalcone account and all associated data at any time. This includes your profile, store data, messages, files, and any data obtained through social login providers such as Facebook or Google.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your deFalcone account.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.

What Gets Deleted

We delete your account, tenant data, stored files, and all personal information. Data obtained through Facebook Login is removed in accordance with Facebook's Platform Terms, and any Facebook user ID associated with your account is permanently erased.
